Return Policy

At Irving Housewares, we are committed to ensuring your satisfaction with your purchase. If you are not completely satisfied, we accept returns under the conditions outlined below.

• We accept returns for items within 90 days of receiving your merchandise.
• Returned items must be in new condition:
• Unused and in original factory packaging.
• Accompanied by all original boxes, packaging materials, documentation, instructions, and accessories.

• You may return your item for a merchandise exchange, credit, or refund.
• Returns are subject to inspection and approval upon receipt at our facility.

• Items that are returned damaged, without proper packaging, or missing original materials may be subject to a restocking fee of up to 25%.
• For orders that were shipped free, the cost of the original shipping will be withheld from the refund amount.

• Regular Returns:
• Returns sent via UPS are free of charge.
• LTL Items:
• Return shipping charges for items shipped via Motor Freight (LTL) are the responsibility of the purchaser.

• Personalized items and custom items are non-refundable.
• Shipping and handling charges are non-refundable.

• Save all packaging materials and boxes in case of a return. Items returned without original packaging or in damaged packaging may be subject to additional fees.
• Ensure the item is securely packed to prevent damage during transit.

• Contact us at [email protected] or call (817) 641-7141 to request a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number.
• Include the RMA number and all necessary documentation with your return shipment.
• Ship the item using the return instructions provided by our team.

• Refunds will be issued to the original payment method within 7-10 business days after we receive and inspect the returned item.
• Refunds will not include any applicable restocking or shipping fees.
