• Refunds are available for items returned within 90 days of receiving your order.
• Items must be in new condition, unused, and in their original factory packaging. All original boxes, packaging materials, documentation, instructions, and accessories must be included.
• Personalized or custom items are non-refundable.

   • Provide your order details and reason for the return.

   • Ensure the item is securely packed with all original materials to prevent damage during transit.

   • Use the return instructions provided by our team to ship the item back to us. Returns via UPS are free of charge for regular items. For items shipped via LTL Freight, return shipping charges are the responsibility of the customer.

1. Inspection and Approval:
   • Once we receive the returned item, our team will inspect it to ensure it meets refund eligibility criteria.

• Full Refunds:
• Items that meet all eligibility criteria will be refunded in full to the original payment method.
• Deductions:
• For items that were shipped free, the original shipping cost will be deducted from the refund.
• Items returned without proper packaging or damaged may incur a restocking fee of up to 25%.

• Refunds will be processed within 7-10 business days after the returned item has been inspected and approved.
• Depending on your bank or payment provider, it may take 1-2 billing cycles for the refund to appear on your statement.

• Shipping and handling fees are non-refundable unless the return is due to our error.
